MLOsign sends transactional SMS messages related only to document signing. These messages may include secure signing links, signing reminders, and completion notices.
SMS messages are only sent when consent has been provided. SMS consent is optional and is not required to sign documents by email.
End-users provide express consent to receive SMS messages from MLOsign during the document-signing process. Consent may be collected when the end-user provides their mobile phone number to their MLO or authorized representative and agrees to receive SMS updates related to their document signing request.
Before any SMS is sent, the end-user is informed that SMS messages are transactional document-signing notifications, including secure signing links, signing reminders, and completion notices.
Message frequency varies based on document-signing activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
SMS consent is optional, is not required to sign documents by email, is not used for marketing, and mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
