1. Platform Use
MLONOW is a private software platform for licensed mortgage professionals and authorized team members.
Access requires authentication.
The platform is not intended for public consumer use.
2. Acceptable Use
Users agree to:
• Use the platform only for legitimate business purposes
• Comply with applicable mortgage and financial regulations
• Follow WhatsApp Business and communication compliance policies
3. Messaging Compliance
All messaging conducted through MLONOW must comply with:
• WhatsApp Business Policy
• Anti-spam regulations
• Applicable consumer communication laws
Unsolicited marketing or prohibited content is not allowed.
4. Account Access
MLONOW reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. MLOsign SMS Terms
Program Name: MLOsign
MLOsign SMS messages are transactional document-signing notifications. Messages may include secure signing links, signing reminders, and completion notices.
Message frequency varies based on document-signing activity. Message and data rates may apply.

SMS consent is optional and is not required to sign documents by email.
